ClickMaster Pro strictly prohibits the use of unsolicited mailings of any kind. Any member found to be using Spam tactics will have their account terminated (all referrals and existing credits will be forfeited). Please read our Spam Policy below.
ClickMaster Pro reserves the right to refuse any advertisement and/or website that we feel is inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to extreme adult content, pornography, racial or hate issues, vulgar language, illegal content, and violence.
Additionally, websites will NOT be accepted into our network of member sites if they contain the following:
- no Fly-In or "slide in" type of ads that make you close.
- more than one (1) pop-up window and/or exit window per URL
- no investment surf programs are permitted
- no HYIP's (High Yield Investment Programs) are permitted
- the ability to break out of ClickMaster Pro frames
- no porn, warez, or hate sites can be included
- overall content based on a language other than English
ClickMaster Pro reserves the right to terminate a member's account if no activity has occurred for two (2) consecutive months. Any existing credits or referrals in said account will be forfeited.
ClickMaster Pro members are strictly prohibited from artificially accumulating credits to their account through the use of (but not limited to) any device, program, or robot.
ClickMaster Pro, as well as its administrators, partners, and sponsors, can not be held responsible or liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur as a result of using ClickMaster Pro services. Members agree to use said services at their own risk.
Members are responsible for any and all aspects of reporting their own affiliate income (for tax purposes, etc.).
Members have the right to cancel their ClickMaster Pro membership at any time. All existing referrals and/or credits and future earning potential through our affiliate program will be forfeited at the time of cancellation.
ClickMaster Pro is in no way associated with PayPal.com and merely uses them to process payments for such things as membership fees, paid advertising, and purchasing credits.
Furthermore, ClickMaster Pro will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages, or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with PayPal or any other aspects of their PayPal account.
ClickMaster Pro reserves the right to change, alter, or add to these terms and conditions as well as discontinue our services at any time.
Member Statement
I have thoroughly read and understand the ClickMaster Pro terms and conditions. In purchasing a ClickMaster Pro membership I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions.
Spam Policy
In simple terms, Spam (a.k.a. unsolicited commercial email, unsolicited bulk e-mail, mass email, junk email) is defined as a message that advertises goods or services that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of a previous relationship.
Spam includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Email messages that are addressed to a recipient with whom the sender does not have an existing business or personal relationship with.
Email messages that not are sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient.
Messages posted on Usenet and message boards, which are unrelated to
the topic of discussion, unrelated newsgroups or sent/posted excessively.
Solicitations posted on chat rooms, or to groups or individuals by an
instant messaging system such as ICQ.
ClickMaster Pro strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited mass e-mails of any kind including, but not limited to, our website URL, your referral URL, and ClickMaster Pro and member email addresses.
We will not tolerate Spam and will terminate any member who violates our anti-Spam policy. Your account will be closed, your referrals will be lost, you will forfeit all credits in your account, and you will not be allowed to rejoin.
Privacy Policy
ClickMaster Pro will not share, sell, or give away any information regarding their members including but not limited to their name, email address, and other private information.
ClickMaster Pro reserves the right to use member email addresses for the purpose of periodically sending out information relevant to any and all aspects of ClickMaster Pro membership.
ClickMaster Pro may require the use of cookies to store login session information.
ClickMaster Pro merely serves as a directory of other websites and is therefore not responsible for the privacy practices and/or content of those websites.
Financial information is used solely to bill the user for products and/or services. All personal, credit card, and bank account information is transferred by separate institution (i.e. PayPal.com) over secure SSL encrypted Internet connections and is not stored on ClickMaster Pro servers.
